THE VEGAN CYPRESS - these are the faces behind the project:
Madeleine from Switzerland and Joana from the UK
2021 Joana bought the house in Umbria and converted it in three holiday apartments.
Since 2022 Joana and Madeleine are welcoming guests at the Lake Trasimeno.
As a travel photographer Joana is working long months abroad and during this time the three apartments are rented out for tourists.
If Joana and Madeleine are at home, there is one apartment to rent: LA TORRETTA
We are vegan e-car-travellers ourselves and we want to support eco-tourism.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in by: 16:00pm or anytime after on day of arrival
Check-out by: 10:00am on day of departure
Contactless self-check-in with keybox and online registration for the "questura" (a legal requirement in Italy)
Cancellation & Non-Arrival Conditions
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible
Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = full refund
Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = no refund, full amount of booking due
You can rent the whole house for a larger group (availability permitting) - but please no parties.
Smoking and vaping is not alot inside, but outside you are welcome to do so and you will find ashtrays for your butts.
We do love pets and you are welcoming to bring them with you.
But please make sure to clean all hairs before you leave and bring blankets for you little darling.
Pets are not allowed on furniture without their own blankets.
Please feel free to use the olive grove to your needs - be it for a picnic, for yoga, meditation or just to read a book.
You will find loungers, tables and seats in the olive grove.
The olive grove will be shared with other guests but each accommodation has a privat outdoor patio.
We encourage our guests to support our eco-concept during their stay.
